My favorite dish :Crepe

                
Pour the flour into a bowl and add slowly, with the mixer.

Milk, eggs, salt and sugar. The dough must be smooth but not thick.
Let rest 5 minutes and then we spread a medium skillet with butter and waited for it to warm over medium heat. To make the first crepe cast a soup ladle the soup, and give out to fill the base of the pan.

Ingredients :
 250 g Flour
4 egg
1/2l the whole milk
50 g butter
10 g sugar
1 pinch salt
